Hello Audrey

I use to order things or husbands dad from Chums. Had a look and they do sell boots. It was a few years ago when I use to get him things from there so I don't know if it is still the same, but I use to tick a box on the order form to say that he was disabled (being diagnosed with RA should put us in this category) and they didn't charge him the VAT.

Sorry, I can't help with the original question but I got some winter boots from Evans the other week that zip down the inside and the zipper that you pull is actually shaped so it hugs around the shape of the finger pad and not flat as they usually are. It makes it so much easier to pull the zip up and down because it's not flat and my finger doesn't just fly off it when I pull. I highly doubt it's designed like that to help arthritis sufferers but it makes me smile that something so small makes such a great difference Smile
